Loving listening to your calm, soothing words of wisdom. Thank you for explaining the various threads so that I see the tapestry that forms Living Medicine. I am looking forward to hearing more about Community to Live and Die In. My thoughts often go to how we might envision communities which intentionally form because of our longing to be held and hold one another as we age and die.
'Shock points' (a new term for me) have been some of the most valuable occurrences in my life. I have thought of them as 'jolts' (and see that you, too, use that word). Whether they emerge slowly or strike out of the blue, they launch one into the next dimension or chapter, whatever comes next, higher ground. Uncomfortable though they usually are, I have come to find them exciting, recognizing them at the time as thresholds to something better. Talk about living medicine! Swallow the medicine--handle the situation--and anticipate happy results! Long live shock points (just not too bunched together)! Graem

Thank you so much for your beautiful comment, Graem! Really glad it resonates. May our shock points be spread out perfectly for ever more!
